A quality process
1. PRINTING
A high-speed laser printer processes the data from your commitment files, printing bar-coded bills on tri-cut stock.
2. FOLDING AND STUFFING
A fold-and-stuff machine inserts and seals your bills into window envelopes pre-printed with your return address.
3. METERING
A postage metering machine prints the appropriate pre-paid postage directly onto your bill envelopes.
4. MAILING
The Point Service Bureau staff delivers your completed mailpieces to the post office. When the job is complete, we furnish you with a confirmation record that the post office stamped with the date and time the bills were mailed.
